Beschreibung:

 Learn how to use AI tools like ChatGPT more effectively in everyday tasks. You will create clear prompts, structure information and build simple workflows to write emails, summarise documents and organise work faster?without repetition or technical knowledge.

This practical course shows how to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude in a structured and efficient way. Instead of relying on trial and error, you will learn how to guide AI with clear prompts, defined context and specific constraints.

A central focus is moving from individual prompts to simple, reusable workflows. These help you complete recurring tasks - such as writing emails, summarising documents or organising information - more quickly and consistently.
Through guided exercises, you will apply these methods directly to real-life scenarios. By the end of the course, you will have a set of practical techniques to reduce repetition, improve output quality and use AI as a reliable assistant in everyday work.
No prior technical knowledge is required.

The course is taught in English. The instructor can also answer your questions in German.

Zusammenfassung Deutsch, Schwerpunkte:
- Strukturierte Prompts (Rolle, Kontext, Ziel)
- Wiederverwendbare Eingaben (Master-Prompt)
- Einführung in einfache Workflows für typische Aufgaben
- Praktische Anwendung (z. B. E-Mails, Zusammenfassungen, Recherche)

Ziel ist es, den Teilnehmenden einen klaren, sofort anwendbaren Ansatz für die Arbeit mit KI zu vermitteln, der über einzelne Abfragen hinausgeht.
