Beschreibung:

 Go beyond individual prompts and learn how to structure recurring tasks as workflows. You will break down complex tasks, build reusable systems and explore simple automation to reduce manual work and make AI a consistent part of your daily processes.

This course is designed for participants who already use AI tools and want to move from isolated prompts to structured, repeatable systems. You will learn how to break down complex or recurring tasks into clear steps, build workflows that can be reused, and refine AI outputs more systematically. The course also introduces simple automation concepts that help reduce manual effort without requiring programming skills.

Practical exercises focus on real-world scenarios such as analysing documents, structuring information, and developing workflows that support everyday professional tasks.

By the end of the course, you will have built your own workflows and gained a clear method for integrating AI into your work in a consistent, controlled and efficient way.
No prior technical knowledge is required.

The course is taught in English. The instructor can also answer your questions in German.
