Project management is simple, but not easy! What is traditional project management, and what does "agile" actually mean? Why do so many projects fail - and what can I do to improve the situation? And how can AI provide support?

Target audience: Project managers, project team members, specialists and managers, and people who are new to project management.

What will be covered?

Participants will learn useful techniques, including practical application, effective communication with numerous tips, budget management, and the successful completion of projects. In addition, the course explores how AI can be used to support project management.
