Relaxation is the precondition for flow. Join us for soft yet powerful class that will move your body, mind and emotions. With the tools of hatha yoga, we will move our attention to the body?s sensations. The breath will be our bridge to access the parasympathetic state of effortlessness. The class is open to all levels. We will practice with the Pranayoga Method®, “Yoga of the Vital Energy?: paying attention to the individuality of each practitioner, with presence and awareness, safety and creativity. The practice can change, but it always includes a warm-up, asana (body postures and movements) and pranayama (breathwork). We will also explore different kinds of meditation, including sound and mantra chanting.


Due to Covid 19 no lessons can take place in our houses, therefore this class will start online on www.vhs.cloud. For this course you need an account in the vhs.cloud (free of charge). After you have registered for this course at your VHS, you will receive a course key by email with which you can register for the course in your vhs.cloud account.
