Often, individual employees in organizations already have initial experience
with Scrum. Especially in recent years, the framework Scrum is also used in
areas outside of IT and software development.
After this Scrum training, the participants are familiar with the basics and have
made their first small practical experiences with the Scrum framework.
Vincent Schnor has already worked for financial service providers and startups
in the field of e-commerce, as well as for medium-sized companies in the
construction industry. In organizational development, his focus is on
facilitating open and honest communication at eye level. Finding individual
approaches to challenges and the desire to learn something new every day
make Vincent Schnor an outstanding organizational developer.
Christin Schitteck originally comes from the field of employee coaching and
team development and brings a lot of experience as a trainer for workshop
and team trainings on the topics of communication, self-organization and
lateral leadership. Her work with teams from different contexts (university,
startup, non-profit organization, industry) and the urgent question "What
makes people work together successfully?" eventually led her to focus on
agile methods, "New Work" and organizational development.

Important note: This course is only leading towards the exam for an official
Scrum Master or Product Owner certification at scrum.org, not a full
preparation course - these certifications always includes a larger part of selfstudy.
The certifications can be taken online at scrum.org at any time. The
exam fee for this is not included in the course.
