 You will learn how to produce well-structured speech, using organisational pattems, connectors and cohesive devices. You will read complex guidelines and instructions to cope with various procedures. You will be exposed to a variety of different topics for listening so that you can cope with a wide range of idiomatic expressions and colloquialisms. You will also enhance your awareness of different language registers in the process. You will write personal correspondence expressing yourself with clarity and precision.
