In this seminar, you will define a clear value proposition and get to know deeply the Business Model Canvas and learn how to apply it to different examples. Understand and revolutionize your own business model with the Business Model Canvas. Many successful companies develop not only new products and services but also with innovative business models. In the Business Model Generation workshop, existing business models are analyzed and broken down into their individual components. With the Business Model Canvas unconventional and highly promising business models can be developed.

Case study ? we?ll work on concrete examples and you can also spontaneouslyy bring your business idea and we will work on it together
Claire Vincent is holding a myriad of senior positions (Bosch, thyssenkrupp). She is founder of her own consultancy where her primary passion is to enable people to innovate and transform their ideas into successful business models. She is working pro bono for the NGO Enpact as mentor for young entrepreneurs.
