Beschreibung:

 Without a naive rejection of critical thinking and true bad news, this is a weekly space to create balance, find inspiration and empowerment, and focus on how to remain hopeful and stay strong.

It is a regular practise to discuss current affairs in conversation classes, but how can we keep our chins up when the news is so unbearably heavy? Here is a course designed to help you face the hard news through balancing it with some good news by offering true stories of positive progress, the kinder more compassionate side of humanity, and the successes of the brave as they push for respect and justice for all. We will also discuss our weekly reading by and about inspiring humans, both past and present.
