Being present to yourself. We will use gentle asana (postures and movements) to come into the body, and some pranayama (breathing techniques) to let the mind rest. From this awareness we will move into simple meditation techniques. Sensing our embodied presence, focussing our consciousness in the present moment, and connecting to subtle energies. This course is open to everybody, whether you have never tried meditating, or you are very experienced and enjoy meditating in a group in person. We will practice with the Pranayoga Method®, "Yoga of the Vital Energy?, and will use some time in each class to share our experience.


A digital classroom is run alongside the face-to-face course. This means that course dates can also be held online if necessary. The conversion of face-to-face appointments into online appointments does not entitle the holder to a refund of the course fee.
