Beschreibung:

Join chef Shay Dashevsky for a workshop that brings together the bold and fragrant flavors of the Middle East - with vibrant influences from Georgia, Morocco, and the Arab world. This workshop is more than cooking - it's a celebration of shared traditions, flavors and stories that stretch from the Caucasus to the Maghreb.
On the menu: Khachapuri with Za'atar - a fusion of Georgian cheese-filled bread with arabic za'atar spice, Eggplant Shakshuka - a North African spicy tomato and egg dish, Mutabbal - a creamy Levantine eggplant dip with tahini, garlic, and lemon, perfect as a starter or side, Chebakia - intricately folded Moroccan pastries, fried until crisp and coated in honey and sesame - a sweet, spiced finale.

For the ingredients used, 12 Euros are already included in the course fee. Please bring a kitchen towel, an apron and a storage container.
