In this compact course, you will learn the DATEV Kanzlei Rechnungswesen program in a practical and easy-to-understand way. Using a clear case study, you will practice step by step how the software works.
Course start and structure:
- Flexible start option: Entry possible at any time
- Learning environment: Internet-based learning platform of the adult education center, course materials and exercises provided online, exchange with the course instructor and other participants via the platform, access data provided by the course instructor after registration
Learning content and topics
- Client setup and master data maintenance
- Bookkeeping with DATEV Kanzlei Rechnungswesen: Processing day-to-day bookkeeping, setting up the booking line, creating posting batches
- Booking transactions: incoming and outgoing invoices, cash postings, bank postings (open item clearing, cash discounts)
- Reconciliation tasks
- Support tools: Lexinform, information databases
- Data management: Saving bookkeeping data, importing data, deleting data
- Reporting: Financial accounting reports
- Year-end: Annual financial statements, year-end closing
