Beschreibung:

 Our course will explore Fusion Belly Dance in a playful atmosphere.

Lerninhalte:
This modern dancestyle is a combination of belly dance and ballet.

Methoden/ Ablauf:
Every session begins with strength exercises targeting the major muscle groups. This is followed by the main part: dance movements are explained and practiced. Using the newly learned moves, we then practice dance improvisation. Each session ends with stretching and a short relaxation.

Lernziele:
This course structure not only promotes physical and mental health, but it also stimulates your creativity.

Zielgruppe:
This course is designed for beginners and intermediate students.

Your teacher is fluent in English, German and Greek and can assist with translations if needed.


Anastasia Lymperopoulou (stage name Agape) has been teaching Fusion Belly Dance at the Volkshochschule Neukölln and various social organizations for four years, contributing to the empowerment of women.
She is a certified health coach for fitness and nutrition. She has learned Fusion Belly Dance online and live through various classes.

Leitidee:
The goal of the class is for the students to acquire a deep understanding of the art of dance in a creative, fun, healthy and calm way.
Zusatzinformation:

 We dance barefoot, with socks, or in soft ballet shoes. You may bring a large body towel.

The entrance is located in the passageway to Café Rix - there, a staircase on the left leads to the entrance. If the door is closed, please ring the bell at "Probensaal". The room is on the first floor. Please arrive on time so that the course instructor can open the door for you before the beginning of the class.
