This evidence-based workshop explores teacher mental health and psychosocial well-being, addressing stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue and their impact on teaching, learner outcomes, and school climate. Drawing on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), participants will develop practical skills in self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management through guided mindfulness, reflection, and experiential learning. The workshop also examines how freelance educators can strengthen collective well-being by building professional networks, engaging in peer mentoring, setting healthy boundaries, and creating sustainable support systems across diverse workplaces. Participants will learn strategies to reduce isolation, build resilience through community, and foster collaboration. By the end, participants will have practical tools to manage stress, enhance resilience, and promote cultures of wellness, empathy, and sustainable professional well-being.
